Long Jumps

Jumping is loved by every one of us. Many people don’t know that jumping can strengthen your legs too. It is also an exercise for the legs. In this exercise, all you need to do is perform long jumps as much as you can and repeat them as many times as possible. It will strengthen up your legs, which will help you in running faster and for a longer duration of time.
