How To Work Out A Program You Choose And Stay Healthy At Home

Busy Body Fitness

Expanding its Southeast regional brand of fitness center, BusyBody/Gym, is what could be the first of many BusyBody Fitness Centers to come. Carlos Vazquez, owner of Pompano Beach-based BusyBody/Gym, said his company purchased a former Gold’s gym in Boca Raton and plans to open a boutique-style gym for local residents in the soon-to-be-developed Miami Gardens subdivision of South Florida. Vazquez has hired an architect and plans to meet with the City of Boca Raton to get a permit for opening the new gym.

Know About Vazquez

Vazquez has worked with many different clients before, but this is the only gym he owns. “We do everything,” he said. “When you come to our door you have to be ready to work out.” He added that BusyBody/Gym has four studios located throughout the United States and are expanding to Canada in the near future.

With the expansion, Vazquez and his staff plan on hiring more instructors, which would help create more BusyBody Fitness Centers, which will make it harder to keep up with the rapid growth of the industry. BusyBody/Gym is now looking into opening other fitness centers in the area. “There are a lot of people looking for body weight and fitness in Boca,” he said.

Vazquez will also continue to expand the brand of BusyBody Fitness, which is based on a concept called “biofitness.” His philosophy is that there is nothing inherently wrong with working out. The point of the program is to improve and maintain health through exercise, not get in shape by being unhealthy.

Available Of Both Men And Women

BusyBody Fitness is available for men and women. Their website states their goal is to be able to provide quality health and fitness training to all, regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, weight, or body size. A variety of exercise equipment is featured on their site, which can include treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes, treading machines, steppers, and elliptical trainers, among others. They offer personal trainers to answer questions and guide users through exercise routines.

In order to meet the growing demand of BusyBody Fitness, Vazquez and his staff will continue to open fitness centers in the area, which they have recently started in Palm Beach Gardens, Fort Lauderdale, and Hollywood Hills, Fl. If the City of Boca approves the project, BusyBody/Gym will have an office in the proposed Miami Gardens subdivision to offer the community the opportunity to access the new fitness center. The company plans to operate all of their gymnasiums at various schools in the area. BusyBody fitness offers classes to the entire community, so students at nearby schools will likely be able to use a variety of equipment.

Know The Philosophy Of Vazquez

Vazquez said his philosophy is to treat each client like they were a VIP and not to push the limits of what they should do, but rather to let them know they can get results from their own efforts, if they want them. “That’s why we provide great customer service,” he said.

“We have been fortunate to build a very solid reputation for ourselves because of our passion and commitment to providing great customer service to our fitness center members,” Vazquez said. “I think it’s important to take care of each one of our clients, because we are building a world-class fitness center that provides great services and a high level of personal service to each of our members.”

Bottom Line

With so many fitness centers available these days, people often wonder why they have to pay to go to the gym, or join a gym in the first place. People feel rushed when they see all the equipment and feel they aren’t getting what they need from a personal trainer. This is where the idea of having a personal fitness professional comes into play. But, you can work out your own schedule and follow a program you choose and reap the rewards, in the comfort of your home and not having to spend a lot of money, and having access to the same exercises you see on television or in magazines.
