How to do it

  • Lie down on the floor and face away from the holding point of the straps. 
  • Keep the straps at mid-calf level.
  • Put your toes inside the foot cradles. 
  • Take the heels back into the handles.
  • Now lie down into the position of a flat plank.

Ab Workouts: TRX Low Row

How to do it

  • Stand by facing towards the anchor point. 
  • Bend your elbows at 90 degrees. 
  • Make sure the handles are near your rib cage.
  • Also, take care that your body is straight and in a plank position. 
  • Keep your arms straight and low down your body. 
  • Now return to the original position and repeat it by bending the elbows.

How to do it

  • Stand in a way that you face the anchor point.
  • Hold the handles and go backward till there is some tension.
  • Now bring down your hips to the point you are comfortable without leaning backward. 
  • Compress your glutes as you go back to the standing position.

How to do it

  • Face the anchor and stand by keeping the TRX straps at a mid-length.
  • Slightly lean back and hold the straps. 
  • Slowly take your arms upwards and place your body in a Y position right above your head.
  • Make sure not to keep a lot of gap between both the handles while making the Y position. 
  • Once your hands are up, squeeze and hold the contraction for a moment. 
  • Now bring down the hands and get back to the position.

TRX Rotational Ward

How to do it

  • Lengthen the straps completely and stand towards the side of the anchor point. 
  • Put the hands inside the foot cradles.
  • The shoulders should range with the anchor point.
  • Spread your arms right in front of your body. 
  • Tighten up your body and let there be some tension in this position.
  • Hold this position for some time. 
  • Repeat!

TRX Hamstring Curls

How to do it

  • Place the straps at mid-calf length.
  • Rest on your back and face towards the anchor point. 
  • Put your heels inside the cradles. 
  • Create some pressure inside your heels.
  • Create some tension on your glutes.
  • Lift your hips high and drag your heels till your knees are assembled over your hips.
